Data controller
Floristeria EMI (Alberto García Rubio), with the details given in the legal notice.
If you are only browsing
You can see the whole website without telling us who you are. Floristeria EMI only obtains and keeps the following information about visitors:
- the domain name of the internet provider and/or the IP address that gives them access to the network;
- the date and time of the visit, so we can see the busiest times and avoid problems at peak hours;
- the address of the page whose link brought you to our website, so we know which links work best;
- the number of daily visitors to each section, so we know which parts are most useful and can improve them.
This information is anonymous and can never be linked to a specific, identified person. Cookies are explained below.
What we ask for when you place an order
What we need to make the flowers and take them to the right door:
- From you: your name, phone number and email address.
- If you need an invoice: your tax ID, address, postcode, town, county or province, and country.
- About the recipient: their name, address, town, postcode and phone number.
- About the order: the product, the delivery day and time, the message for the card and any notes you leave us. For a hospital, the hospital.
- How you reached the website (a search engine, an advert, another website) and the first page you saw. It is saved with the order so we know what works. See the
origen_emicookie under Cookies.
We never see your card number: you type it on the secure page of Redsys, the payment network of the Spanish banks, and it stays there. We only receive confirmation that the payment has been made.
The IP address an order is sent from is used for ten minutes to stop automated submissions, and is not stored with the order.
What we use your data for and how long we keep it
Floristeria EMI (Alberto García Rubio) uses the information you give us to provide the service you ask for and to invoice it. The data is kept while the commercial relationship lasts, or for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations and any liabilities that may arise from the purpose for which it was collected. It is not passed to third parties except where the law requires it.
Who else sees it, because it is the question we are asked most: the florist in the destination town who makes and delivers your flowers receives what they need to do it (who, where, when, the phone number and the message for the card). So do our hosting and email providers, and Redsys for the payment. They all work on our behalf and only for your order: they are not third parties to whom your data is transferred.
Your rights
You have the right to know whether Floristeria EMI (Alberto García Rubio) is processing your personal data, and you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability, and to object to or restrict processing, by writing to Floristeria EMI (Alberto García Rubio), C./ Navas de Tolosa, 300, 08027 Barcelona, Spain, or to info@floristeria.eu, identifying yourself sufficiently in your request by electronic means or, failing that, with a duly signed request.
