B. Products and services

Our catalogue shows what each product is like. Because they are made with fresh flowers, the structure, content and colour of a bouquet or arrangement may vary with the seasonal flowers and the accessories available on the day. Floristeria EMI guarantees that the result will be of high quality, both in the flowers used and in the design.

The exception are products that say exactly what they contain (a dozen roses, for example): you receive exactly that product, also of high quality. Floristeria EMI works only with flowers and plants of the highest quality.

C. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address you give us, with a card carrying your message. Floristeria EMI is not responsible when a delivery cannot be made because the details given are wrong or incomplete. If the recipient is not there, we will do what is reasonable in the circumstances to deliver as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of both sender and recipient, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the recipient’s absence.

In hotels, hospitals, airports, public buildings and other places where access is restricted, we cannot guarantee that the flowers will be handed to the recipient in person. The order is fulfilled when the flowers are left for the recipient at the reception desk or at the access point.

We deliver Monday to Friday until 9 pm and on Saturdays until 3 pm. For delivery on a Sunday or a public holiday, please ask first. Floristeria EMI guarantees same-day delivery when the order is placed and paid at least three hours before the delivery cut-off; for Sundays and public holidays, orders are accepted until 3 pm on the Saturday or the day before the holiday (Spanish time).

For delivery on a Saturday afternoon, a Sunday or a public holiday, please check availability with us first (info@floristeria.eu); otherwise the flowers may be delivered on the nearest working day before or after.

Delivery times are a guide: they can be affected by things outside our control, such as traffic, the weather, or mechanical or computer failures. On special days such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Sant Jordi (23 April), Christmas or the Pilar holiday, deliveries may be made at any time during the day, taking the time you ask for as a guide and delivering as early as possible.

D. Personal data and payment security

We ask only for the data we need to carry out your order. It is used for nothing else and is not passed to anyone who does not need it to deliver the order. How we look after it, and your rights, are explained in our privacy policy.

Payments are handled with full security and confidentiality. You type your card details directly on the secure page of Redsys, the payment network of the Spanish banks, over an encrypted connection (the address starts with “https”). We never see your card details: we only receive your order and the confirmation that the payment has been made. Redsys uses the cardholder authentication of the card schemes (3-D Secure: Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check).
